This client let her son take her Cayenne out what a nice mom! Her son showed how grateful he was and how much he truly cared by taking it off roading. This thing was driven in a field through some bushes then got stuck in the mud and had to be pulled out by a tow truck. Mom being a long time customer of mine brought it straight in and I hosed it off so we could see the damage. After a quick rinse to get the 4 inch layer of mud off it.......
Some of these are fairly light and many of them easily caught my nail. Both sides of the vehicle looked like this other than that the car was in good shape I detailed it like 3 months ago and its only been washed by me.
ouchie... Ok lets get it on!
So after a few test spots I chose my old faith full Dewalt 849x An Oarnge CCS pad and M105. There were some nasty area's that had to be hit with 2k sand paper before the scratch was removed
These were bad
This was 4 pass's with M105, followed by 2 passes with White CCS pad and SRC Finishing polish
The same process was repeated a section at a time. The scratches under the door handle here were hit with 2k sand paper befor they were completely gone.
The passenger side of the car was by far the worst, here is me moving right down that side
Here's an upclose of the metalics on a finished panel under an LED. Flakey paint huh?
Paint was sealed with BFWD no topper on this one as I really dont think would do much for this color.
Remember when it came it....
Handled! I win! Another one bites the dust Ya!
All the panels that weren't beat to death from bushes got a 1-2 passes with white pad and SRC Finishing polish just to brighten them up.
Thanks for looking
