Got halograms? This car did! Customer only wanted the halo's gone and not a full correction. At the price point I decided on a 1 step with SRC Finishing polish(MY FAVORITE@!!!!@@#) and my old faithful dewalt 849x and a white CCS constant pressure pad.
Washed 2x2
Decon with 3m perfect it blue clay
3m green tape
Dewalt and SRC Finishing with white CCS pad
Finished with Klasse sealant
Upon arriving
After wash and decon, I just got new QD spray from P&S and it seems to have some covering properties because this car looked way worse than this before I clayed it.
you can see tha hackage here after a quick IPA wipe down
I think who ever buffed this probably is one of those types that just parks the car in the shade when customer is coming to pick it up and when taking pics. You know the type that is scared of showing a pic under the sun or god forbid with a halogen light one it lol.
3 passes with SRC finishing on 800-1500 rpm made a huge improvement
Same thing on hood after IPA.... THE HALOS ARE GONE!!!
pretty good for a one step with a finishing polish huh?
Amazingly even for a one step this took me about 7 hours start to finish... Wish I was cool enough to do a full correction in 5 hours.... Guess I still have much to learn
After Klasse. And finished!
Thanks for looking!
