Can I use the standard backing plate for 5.5inch pads ???

Hm... Flex has it's own unique buffer but yes, with the 6.5" ccs pads, the 5.5inch bp that you get with the flex will do. I'd look around for some other products, like a better sealant, but that's just my opinion. Ask Phil, you might be able to get a discount from him too.

ok. I will select another sealing wax. Anyone else who details alot that would go a different route when it comes to products.

I never seem to stick to one product, I like to use different stuff.
