Ordering and Shipping

I called Meguiar's last Friday (1/9) at 9:03 ET, passed over my CC number, and ordered NXT Tech Wax. I then anxiously waited for my shipment to arrive. On Friday 1/16, I hadn't received my order and called Meguiar's for some tracking info.



They had no record of my purchase.



After exchanging a few calls, we finally got it straight, and my order was shipped, along with a free bottle of NXT Spray wax.



I've had another issue with Meguiar's online ordering/shipping. The cap wasn't tight on the bottle. This issue was resolved, as well:

Please note, I've made it clear how I feel about the quality of Meguiar's products. I dig them a lot:

...but the ordering and shipping? Echhh...We're batting 0 for 2.



While I'm grateful that these issues were resolved, I'd really prefer to get it right the first time. It's a drag to have to call repeatedly and inquire, or explain and try and get it right.
