Hey guys. I love ordering from you guys and will continue doing so. I am having a problem with the order below...

• Received Refund for Bouncer's Satsuma Rock
• Received Refund for Bouncer's Sherbet Fizz
• Waiting on confirmation of shipment for Dodo Juice - Chocwork Orange Wax
• Waiting on Refund for Bouncer's Salute the Fruit

As do most, I like receiving responses my from emails. I like return phone calls. I have tried both. I understand things are busy now, but that is no excuse.

I have submitted a Paypal claim and am just getting annoyed at this point
