Orbiter Random Power Buffer $20 at Walmart?

Hi, I stopped by Walmart today and saw the new power buffers. They are only $19 and has 2600rpm on them (8" and 10") How do these different from the $100+ that everyone else on the board buys. Will they scratch my paint? what's the difference in the huge price difference?

Build quality, options (like variable speed) and mostly POWER, POWER, POWER!! The el cheapo units usually have a very small motor that has very little if any torque and will bog down load.

They are O.K for applying and removing waxes, but simply don't have the power to correct serious paint problems.
