optimum polishes

How would everyone rate the aggressiveness of Optimum Compound versus optimum polish using a PC. The reason I ask is that I used oc with a polishing and a cutting pad and could not do any real correction, should I use the next step up? Thanks Also are there any tips or tricks using optimum with a pc.
 
Wait, you say "OC"...you used Optimum Compound with both a polishing and a cutting pad with no results? I would think that you would want to step up to the Hyper Compound it this is the case.? I'm wondering if you meant to type that you used the Polish with both a polishing and cutting pad and were wondering if you should step up to the regular Compound?



Please clarify.



And not to hijack the thread at all with hopes that this question may help you too but I was wondering if anyone can add to the above buy telling us the strength differences between Optimum's Polish and things like Klasse AIO or even better yet, Werkstatt's Prime and Prime Strong? Can one follow up the HyperCompound and/or the regular Compound with just AIO or Prime instead of having to use the Optimum Polish after the compounds and before AIO or Prime?

Yes I was saying I used the compound with a megs cutting pad but didnt get that much in the way of correction. I think it is just my pad selection, Im not really to fond of meg pads. I would also like to know the difference in aggressiveness between the polish and compound.



Also would the optimum line be a good choice for PC or would a different line help my situation?
