Opti-Coat on Fiberglass?

Do you guys think I'll have an issue putting Opti-Coat on my newly purchased travel trailer? I don't want to deal with a big cover on-and-off all the time. The coach is fiberglass. Living in New Mexico, the biggest issue is the intense UV exposure due to high desert conditions. Not much of a concern on rain since it's high desert here, but I will be traveling outside of NM on occasion...

Also, how much do you think will be needed for one coat on the whole coach? Including roof, and the slides when they are fully extended. I hear one tube goes a long way, so maybe one tube will be enough? The coach is around 30 foot not counting the tongue. I guess I can always order two tubes which should be plenty, and use any leftovers on a vehicle. Here is a link to the exact same model trailer I purchased to give you an idea:

Sorry if mis-categorized as I think of this more of a product question as opposed to a RV detailing question.

Thank you all in advance for your replies.

Well I ordered 3 tubes that should be enough to do my trailer, car, truck, and the wife's van too. It doesn't look like anybody has done this before so I'll be sure to follow up to this thread!

You should be fine using it on fiberglass. Put it on the glass as well, it works great. As for how many tubes 3 should be fine, one tube usually lasts me 2 small to medium sized cars. There is a lot of surface area, especially on the roof so it may take quite a bit.

I've done one Camper with Opti-coat in the same fashion that you are intending. We get a lot of rain and pretty intense UV when the sun comes back out and the Opti-coat seems to be working great on it. I happened to see my customers today as they've had some small extra's fitted and they wanted to get them coated before their next trip next week. He's loving how easy it is to wash since having it applied as well as how shiny it continues to be with very little effort on his part now.

We were fortunate that it was only 18 month old when we applied it as the glass hadn't deteriorated too much, a light compound brought it back up again pretty quickly.

We did the whole camper (roof included) which was a similar size to what your picture shows with 2 1/2 tubes. I thought we'd use more but in tru Opti-coat fashion it spread and spread and kept on coating.
