Opti-Coat and iPhone 5

I have an iPhone 5 ordered (white). Was wondering if anyone has used Opti-Coat on theirs? I thought about doing it on my iPhone 4 but never did, now with a fresh iPhone I was considering it because I don't use a case or cover.

Chris @ Optimum posted on another forum stating that the phones already have a coating of some sort on them from the factory, and that OC might not even bond to it properly. Not only that, but it isn't going to offer anywhere near as much protection as a screen protector film if that is your primary concern.

It will also make it difficult for a film to stick, if you decide to add one in the future.
