Hey everyone.

I made a new card and am currently updating my site. I'm adding all my prior details that I've fallen behind on putting up.

Here's the link to my site. I wanted to keep it basic, so I can easily use simple HTML to update it. Any opinions on it would be appreciated.

Heres the two options for me card:

I'm digging the second card. To me it is even more pleasing to the eye. Depending on what my web site feels like doing right now I have a picture of my card up at www.tspdetail.com , as a 'under construction' temporary page. Please excuse any errors or if you happen to get my yahoo page, as I am waiting for the full DNS transisition.

The site appeals to me because it is simple, but you may want to cosider putting up a little more of what it is you do/offer and who you are. Just my .02.

Take care,

Mark

Edit: my card is actually under the words 'under construction....', and no it is not that big in real life, but it is what use, and while im putting together the site I wanted something familiar for customers/viewers who are refferencing from it from my business card (my only form of advertisement).

Edit again: I also have back side full of info as well :xyxthumbs

Thanks man. I was thinking of getting a back side made up, I might just do that. Thanks again.

Also, does anyone have a good program that I can use to create a site, and then the program will transfer the design itself over to HTML format or something. I'm getting sick of this stuff.

I like the graphics on the second card but not the text. I think most people will associate "Car Care" with mechanical work. You may want to mention detailing, interiors/exteriors, wash, polish, etc.

On the first card I think the picture of the PC will only appeal those "in the know". Few customers will make the connection. Some might even pass you up because they still have the old "by hand" mentality. Also "detailing", the point of the whole enterprise, is in small print, not sure if that sends the right message.

Maybe it's a local language thing but I don't get the term "Quality Pricing". I would understand high prices, low prices, and fair prices but "quality" prices don't mean anything to me. Could just be my problem.

I guess my post sounds awfully critical. Sorry about that. Hope you wanted an honest gut response.

Something to think about :D

I agree with PC, based on the wording of your cards, it looks like you repair cars, not detail them.

I do like the layout though. :)

That's very nice. In my opinion anyway.

I'm still confused by "quality pricing" but it's your clients that matter, not me.

Have you printed any out in the final size? Some of the lettering looks like it might end up pretty small, especially the email info. I can't really tell from the way it comes up on my monitor.
