I never had to deal w/ tree sap until recently. After the last traditional wash of my wife's black truck I noticed sap on it coming from the neighbor's pecan or oak trees. A quick spray of DG #471 bug remover (mixed 1:1 w/ water) and plush polishing cloths removed the sap.
Fast forward to today where the truck was a primordial soup of dust and lawn clippings from doing two yards mixed w/ dew from the last few morns and a generous helping of said tree sap. ONR to the rescue! A chenille wash mitt and two gals. of ONR solution and about twenty minutes later - fresh washed - w/ no sap to be seen.
For those keeping score - ONR 1, primordial soup 0!
