On a budget for a 21mm DA polisher?

Morning,

With my OCD on polishers I bought this machine for the price. I tried it out and I thought it had to much vibration for a senior autopian compared to my Torqx 22D. I bought it through 3rd party amazon. I emailed super buys 3rd party amazon to get refund.
They really did not want it back so after back and forth emails they gave me 50% back of price and told me to keep polisher. Again this is just my opinion being a enthusiast / desktop detailer :)

Polisher ended up on eBay...

Adams has their 21mm “swirl killer” which retails for $299 and is always included in sales so really you can take 10-15% off that.

I would look at shurhold 3500 price about 200$ or chemical guys torqx 22d price about 300$ if I were looking för to keep it for a while.
If you are testing if this is something for you get the one you linked. This is if you are going all in with a 21mm longthrow polisher at start with. Otherwise a 8mm DA of choice is a great first polisher that can be modified to a 3" da polisher in the future. You can get from the beginning a 5" and a 3" backing plate and have a very versitale polisher that can do alot for you.

I went with a 21mm longthrow polisher as my first polisher that is in the price range as the one linked. Got a 5"backing plate and has been satisfied with so far. But if I would be doing more cars I will invest in a better one. Accually just a hour ago I orded a 3" da polisher shinemate EX603. So hope it will be good for me to do the smaller and curvy parts easier :)

Where did you find the Shinemate for sale?
It`s in a domestic webbshop in sweden. Got it for 158$ with sale and a first buyers code. Then some other things to get up to free shipping. I think Adams swirl killer 3" is a shinemate ex603 not absolutely certain though.
