(old) Poliseal went out of solution

So I have a bottle of Poliseal that I bought a few years ago. Used it maybe a couple times and didn't touch it for a while. Then I decided to take it out yesterday to give it another try. But it was separated into two layers. I shook it vigorously for several minutes and it was not in solution. Went to use it and there was the yellow liquid and yellow particles. I remember it being a creamy texture. I then put it in a hot water bath, and it still wouldn't go into solution.

It was in my trunk for a period of time and there was a few days this winter when we had freezing temps in Florida. It seemed to work, but definitely annoying to have the liquid drip all over the place. Anybody else experienced this? Any way to get it to mix or is it a goner? TIA

PS. I read people saying it leaves a slick surface. How slick are we talking about? While I was able to get a smooth surface using a light cutting pad and a PC on 6, I have experienced a slicker surface with other products (ie. Four Star UPP, Ultima Paint Guard Plus, Autoglym HD wax [used a month earlier. so I don't think it's because of surface prep]).
