Stick to the details
Last saturday I was driving down the street and I happen to see my friend outside washing her car. I decided to stop and say hi. She was applying wax on her car. Wax in a spray can. I stopped her and told her to take that crap back to the store and get her money back.I decided to detail her car for her and told her to bring it by sunday.
1st I clayed it
2nd I used Meg wax cleaner by hand
3rd PB SSR1 with pc
4th PB Polish W/ Carnuba
5th 2 coats of PB Nattys paste Wax
6th 1 coat of PB ex Sealant

1st pic you really cant tell the difference because there was a overcast when I started but i started around 7:30 am and finished around 11:30 am

i thought after reading these forums for a while you seal then wax?

That is correct. A sealant won't bond to a wax. You can use whatever you want to use... but the question is 'will it work?' If you put a sealant over a carnauba then it will not work. Layering waxes in the same day is kind of pointless too. The wax is just going to smear together to do nothing. Its not that its pointless I guess... its just a waste of product. The wax needs time to dry and form a shell. That is why the carnauba is usually the last step. The whole layering carnauba on the same day part is spoken out of experience. It just doesn't do much if you aren't waiting for the wax to set up. The vehicle looks very nice. You'll get more effectiveness out of your process if you put the products in the right order though.

hmmmmmmmmm thats what i sorta thought too. you were supposed to put natty's over the ex. does ex have a "cure time", or can you just put nattys over ex right after youve put your ex on?
