Ok to apply 2nd layer of wax after 2 days of driving? or use QD?

I waxed two days ago and wanted to apply a second coat of wax today. I've been driving around but there no appreciable dirt on the car; maybe a little dust here and there. So is it safe to just dust the car off with a microfiber and then reapply a second coat of wax? In addition I used Pinnacle Souveran for the first coat but have since run out. I have some S100 lying around. Can I just use the S100?





Or I could just use the Pinnacle Crystal Mist.

I would rewash the car...this seems to be the only area in which I am actually more conservative than most people here though...
 
Whatever the method may be, its just like putting on your first coat, surface should be free of dust and defects....I, for one, wouldnt QD, then wax. I would prefer the surface be free of oils first. I would recommend a hose bath, then MF dry.
