I applied OG Glaze a few weeks ago and topped with Blitz twice (7 day gap), my question is, how long will the Glaze last before I need to reapply?

If you did it a few weeks ago it is fading now. I didn't get much longer out of it myself.

Thats great, so I get another chance to apply it again. After using this, I dont think I have ever spent so much time looking at my car
