This is the off topic forum. Use it if you feel that you have to go off of the topic of detailing.
This is Detail City. The reason that we have an off topic forum is because the topic at hand is DETAILING. If this subject does not interest you then you may be at the wrong place.
Lately we have had a few threads hijacked that were in the spirit of being helpful and informative only to go down the drain to complete and worthless nonsense. If this last statement offends anyone, please accept my apologies and then realize that we need to keep Detail City what it is "Auto Detailing & Car Care Forums", you should be understanding and not offended.
I shouldn't have to delete posts about cake in a thread that I made a sticky discussing the writing of informative detailing product reviews. Should I?
If you have to post something off topic, post in the Off Topic Forum.
Along with our new version of the forum software came a few new features and we hope that we don't have to use them.
One of the features allows us to temporarily suspend the membership of users that disregard posting in the appropriate forum. Suspension can be one day, week, month or even one year.
For those that post in the correct forum and are considerate of the Detail City rules will never have to worry about such measures.
Thank you for posting in the correct forums, following the rules of the forum and for not hijacking thread! :bigups
