Odor Elimination Trouble

I got stale air smell from the air-con every time i start the car in the morning. So, in trying to solve the problem, i sprayed Mequiar's Odor Eliminator into the interior air inlet located at the engine compartment in order to get rid of stale air smel. Bad luck. Now every time i press the air re-circulation button, there's some sound coming from the air inlet flap, which is electronically controlled. I think the flap motor is gone. :down :mad: Morale of the story is don't simply spray liquid stuff into the air-con system.
 
Yikes, so your problem when from bad to worse.



I don't use any sort of oder eliminators, they only hide the smell. I usally find where the smell is coming from and detail that area. If it's coming from the rug, shampoo the area and leave the windows open.
