The first layer of NXT was done yesterday with the PC & grey finishing pad on 4.5. I waited 24 hours and put a 2nd layer on by hand today. I'm desperately trying to use up all my NXT so I have an excuse to switch to EX-P :D

I drove out to Shawnee Mission Park to do a 5 mile run because it was such a beautiful day :D I brought my digital camera along and snapped some pics.

Great job! Good to see another KC area Autopian hanging around. The weather this summer has been unreal...I ended up getting in 3 cars this weekend (my Mach 1, a customer's black 911, and wife's Pathfinder).

Car looks good but why be in a hurry to switch to EX-P.I'm going to be different than most here and I have to take the look of NXT any day over EX-P.I just found myself yawning after trying out EX-P.

lookin' good! :xyxthumbs

another use for NXT: seal your rims (it is a sealant, right? ;)) and i've noticed a difference going from NXT to EX-P, well the VM/EX-P combo, on my Azure Blue Mach1. the reflectivity (is there such a word?) went up a whole lot. it seems more of a clean reflection, i guess.... :p

Woot!

The sun really brings out that color.

Looks sexy and wet!

Have you thought of Trade Secret as a topper? Run over to detailcity.org and search for Trade Secret. Someone with the same color RSX-S did TS x 13 and the results knock you off your feet.

04BlackAV is right NXT did more for my finish than EX did. I tried EX x3 and was underwhelmed. NXT just looked better with no prep than EX with prep. I love just about all other PB's stuff, but the sealant didn't do it for me.
