I was visiting the States a couple weeks ago and since NXT wasn't available up here in Victoria yet, I decided to buy a bottle. I didn't have a chance to try it out until now, and here are my results. Oh, notice the lack of shade-shots? ;)

Impressions:

• excellent at hiding minor swirls

• deep, dark gloss

• brought the blue pearl in my paint out quite nicely

• a bit harder to buff off than I expected, but still good

I'm impressed, but it lacks the carnauba "pop" that I'm used to. I am going to try topping it with S100 this weekend.

A quick question as well: I am attending a show and shine this weekend, and I am thinking of putting a layer of #7 on top of NXT, then topping that off with S100. Will #7 remove NXT? If it does, will it remove much of it?

Nice job on that civic! I like how it looks - it's just right. I hate those overdone "Fast n Furious" hondas. They just look dumb IMO.

I used to use #7, and honestly, I can't answer your question.:nixweiss

nobody's ever gotten a straight answer from those crazy reps at Meguiars. Some say it has mild cleaners in it, and others say it doesn't, that it's just a glaze. I'm sure that it isn't strong enough to strip NXT off, but I'm not sure.:o

Looks great man....Great job.

I would think you would be fine putting #7 and s100 over it for the show.

I have done this in the past over a different product and didnt find any ill effects.

Lower that civic!!! Haha, but seriously your car looks great. My dad and I detailed his black 2004 530i today and we topped nxt with #16 and got great results so I am sure the s100 will have an equally impressive result.
