NXT Speed Detailer over carnauba?

Has anybody tried this yet? I have some of the Speed Detailer I need to use up but I'm wanting to top my AJ with a carnauba to help with some of the minor scratches until I have time to repolish it. Intuition tells me the two won't work too well together. I can see the Speed Detailer streaking like crazy. Anybody tried it?

Because NXT isn't a carnauba? I make the assumption that the NXT Speed Detailer has the same synthetic polymer ingredients as the NXT Wax, and in my findings, these synthetic polymer ingredients don't always work too well over a pure carnauba wax (mostly in terms of streaking).

I didn't mean had anybody tried the speed detailer itself yet, but rather had anybody tried it over, say, a Pinnacle wax.

I just went outside and QD'd my hood with speed detailer. The hood has thte process listed in my sig on it. It cleaned up everything and left a streak free finish.

I don't think speed detailer contains any protectants in it. I think it's just lubricants and cleaners.

Cool, thanks for doin' that, I appreciate it. Looks like once I use up my Acrylic Glanz I can go ahead and top with a wax and still use up some of my QDs then. Some of them have been on the shelf for over a year now :doh
