Pics will be posted shortly - promise!
First try of NXT this weekend. Did the following;
Washed with Megs Soft Wash gel
Dried and then light polish with VMW (clayed and PC'd last weekend)
Applied coat of NXT then second layer over first (I started at one corner and simply worked around car then started again so at least 15 minutes elapsed)
Buffed off - superb results indeed although very slight streaking noticed in 1 or 2 places.
Went swimming with daughter, returned about 4 hours later and did a quick coat of PS wax to all panels apart from roof & bonnet as temp dropped and moisure forming.
WOW!
Deep even and wet shine - virtually all remaining swirls filled and car actually glimmering. Similar result to Collinite Marque d'Elegance but better swirl filling abilities.
I was half expecting NXT to be hyped up and was waiting for the howls of protest here and elsewhere but I am really impressed so far - driving 500 mile round trip to Wales tomorrow on salt laden motorways (and possibly snowfall) so we'll see how durable it is.
I know I should have posted pics but couldn't wait to share my NXT experience with everyone. Plus I'm back to using 35mm as digital camera died!
Initial reactions are good - easy product to use, good performance in terms of filling and appearance enhancement for paint. Durability will no doubt be proved or otherwise in the coming weeks.
