NXT 2.0 over KSG?

I've got a crapload of NXT 2.0 after buying many of those discounted $20 gift boxes, so I'd like to utilize everything as best I can.

Once I'm up to my fifth layer of KSG, normally I use AW every 3rd or 4th washes, results have been awesome.

What are the pros & cons of using the 2.0 over the KSG?

I think I should be able to keep AW in the rotation, but what about the SG? Will I have to re-KAIO before I resume using the SG, like I would with nuba?

Or should just keep the NXT for minivan duty and just keep on with the AW?

Thanks!!

Well, people always argue over the fact that NXT has "cleaners" in it that will remove previous layers. Just to be safe, I'd assume that it does, so if you're going to do it that way, I'd apply it by hand using LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT pressure. The only disadvantage I see to topping KSG is the inability to apply more KSG without stripping it down and starting over. As far as using AIO again...If you top KSG, you'll have to remove whatever you topped with, so I'd say yes, you'd have to AIO again. I've never applied KSG to a car that I didnt use AIO on first. IMO, they're a team and made to be used together.

IMO NXT 2.0 has little to no cleaners

also 5 layers of KSG is very tuff and most if not all of the layers should

hold up fine

NXT 2.0 looks better and lasts longer than AIO. AIO is ok for prep put it's protection is not very long lasting IMO. NXT 2.0 is dramatically improved over the original NXT in it's long lasting good looks. It is also pretty slick and that slickness seems to last a long time too. I'm going on 4 months on my test vehicle and it still looks great, beads profusely and feels slick.

The question I would have is, if you have NXT 2.0, why do you need AIO? AIO doesn't look as good, is not as slick, doesn't last as long, etc., etc.

who is talking about AIO?

we are talking about KSG(Klasse Sealant Glaze)

and even though NXT 2.0 life span was increased it is no where near how long 5 coats of KSG will last

I don't know if you can get KSG to adhere well to NXT or not, but it's worth a shot. NXT has awesome filling properties, so if you can top that with something that has great durability, you'd have a real winner.

Exactly what I was hoping for!
