Since, I am using NXT 2.0 liquid then, is it O.K. to apply it to the whole truck first before I take it off? Should I still apply it on panel at a time?
The longer NXT 2.0 sits, the better. Do the whole vehicle, have a beer, catch a little of the game, and then take it off. Just make sure you apply it VERY thin.
as others have stated, it's fine because it's so ridiculously easy to apply and remove, it really makes you think it's not going to do anything, it's that easy.
Thanks guys. I appreciate all the help. Hiopefully I can share the experience I gain from listening to you and share later with other newbies like myself. Shame it took me this long to learn Dawn is bad bad bad.
Another tip... Meguiar's suggests the use of the "swipe test" with NXT 2.0.
After applying, and giving it a few minutes to cure take a clean finger tip and swipe it across the waxed area. If it wipes off 100% clean and doesn't leave any smear or oily residue, then it is ready for removal. If you get some streaking then it needs more cure time.
