Now my neighbors "know" i am crazy

After washing 2 vehicles and drying with the "lief blower"my neighbors know I am crazy.One was driving out his driveway and stopped and sat and looked at my actions.I am sure they were looking for the phone book so they could the mental hospital for me.:passout:

I usually wash inside and dry inside and they never knew about the drying.
 
Thats funny you say that because I was doing the same thing sunday with my wifes van and my neighbors were looking at me kinda funny too!!
 
Mine are always looking at me like im nuts, i just smile and keep on wiping. Then later there wifes say to me i wish my husband kept my car clean.
 
My neighbors are the same way thinking I am crazy washing my vehicles more than I mow the lawn! Most people just don't get it. However, my son's high school friends get it and come by all the time. Now they just need to run home and tell their parents about claying. I love explaining how claying works - just think of it like a playdo magnent that attracks all the crap off of your car :). My brother came over and sat his beer bottle on the hood of my son's car and it immediatly started sliding down the hood. He was a little confused until I explained the process - lol!

X-10....... I here that! I laugh at the people that buy new cars. They have no Idea what it is to take care of anything,maintenance or otherwise.There idea of shiny paint is buying another new one.Then they say,'WOW' you must have big payments on all your new cars.I then just chuckle and say they are all paid for,they are all over 5-6 years old.The next question is how do you keep them so shiny,I reply,remember when you saw me washing at 3-am.

One of my neighbors told some friends of his on xbox live while gaming how good my vehicles look and now one of them wants me to do both of his. I make the other husbands in the cu dul sac look bad.They told me so...:notme:
 
I have lived in my neighborhood for 12 years now and the neighbors are more than used to it. But whenever somebody moves out, the new ones always give me funny looks.

Well, now you need to step it up a notch to keep them on their toes, wear a costume next time you wash your car, maybe a scuba suit. :crazy2:
 
:cool:My Neighbors always joke me about the time I saw this Lo-life breaking into neighbors car.I Grabbed closest thing by (Butcher Knife) and chased this scumbag 1/4 mile down street. Oh yea did I forget to mention all I had on were my Boxers. Yes I apprehended said scumbag while another neighbor called tha PO-PO. I was outside for 30 minutes in my unddies.We have not had another incident since in MY cove.

My upstairs tentents' boyfriend came down last summer when I was finishing up detailing the truck and stood there and just stared at me. I said "Need something" he says "Yeah, how much to do my car". We'll just say I made a extra $100.00 a week later and soon another $100 again this summer!
