....Long Haul :spot Been wanting to try it out just didn't want to pay the pep boys price. They had the polish, the wash the tire spray, the QD, bug remover all in the big bottles for like $2.99 or 3.99 (under $5 anyway).

They also had................THE 4 PACK STARTER KIT WHICH IS EXACTELY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!! :2thumbs: 4 oz size of the wash, QD, tire shine and polish. $4.00 for the kit.

Pretty cool little bottles too. I'm stoked.

Might have to go buy some more for giveaways.

The bug/degreaser, is that something that you can use as a pre-wash soak, and then wash right over it? Or is it a petroleum distillate-based product?

I picked up a couple stater kits and a couple truck gloss and bug remover..

I've only tried the Truck gloss on my bike and it did an excellent job..I'm not sure I'll ever do a water wash again unless it's REALLY dirty..

I've got some bugs on my car that the bug remover has a date with...

The search feature is an amazing thing, more people should try it out. :think2

Hey sorry to waste your time in reading my thread. You should have just overlooked it.

They just started to appear in the big lots in my area.

And for your information I know how to use the search feature just fine.

With all the posts on this board, it's hard enough to keep up to date. Yes it is a waste of my time to basically reread something that was reported less than a month ago. I took the time to post all the products and prices in detail. I would expect fellow members to take the time to search on a subject before posting the same information. Common courtesy don't you think? Maybe this is why some members just read and don't post. Just my opinion, YMMV. I'm glad you like the products. They do seem to be a good value.

The only thing that was a waste of my time was filtering through y'all jerking the thread starter around.

Thanks LangMan37 for posting the deal. I would not have otherwise known about it.

cool Andy, thanks.

FYI, I stopped at our local Big Lot's yesterday and also saw a lot of the Meg's brushes on sale. They had a pretty good assortment of tire, wheel, body, and interior brushes. The large (wide) body brush was $9.99, and the Meg's Microfiber Quick Detail Pad was $2.99 (I picked up one of those).

I just picked up a Megs Chenille wash mitt. Very soft but the thing looks like it might lint like crazy. Not bad for $2.99.

Old thread but, I just picked up 24/28 oz of each of the following, LH Degreaser, QD, Polish/wax, dressing for about $15 total at big lots. It seems they no longer have the metal polish or shampoo, but if you wanted to buy some, now is the time as once it's gone, it's out of here.

I'll see if I can get up a picture of it later, but a few days ago at Big Lots I picked up a generic version of the Brinkman dual beam rechargable gun-style flashlight. It says it's rated at 1,250,000 candle power. Looked like it should work well as a swirl-finder. Oh yeah, it cost $13.
