Not sure of the jackstand points on my car

I was wondering, where on the rear of my car would it be recommended to use a jackstand when I take off the wheel? I was thinking possibly the suspension point (the point on the left with the "white paint" next to the bolt) or the long "bar" running across the rear from wheel to wheel. I would like someone to please confirm whether I am correct or not.

It's always best to consult the owner's manual/service manual...I'll defer to someone else who knows the lifting points rather than give you a bum steer.

I have consulted both manuals, and they mention JACKING points. Unfortunately, they don't mention anything about where to put the actual jackstands. :nixweiss

The suspension carrier is one of the strongest parts of the car. Look for a solid spot to put the jack stands near these red dots I have indicated.

Be sure not do put them on the outer moveable A-arms because they could move.

Thanks Brad, that was a big help. So as long as I put the jackstands on or near the red dots, I should be fine?
