Not bad for a one step mix!

Tried a mix of poli seal/OP/fmj (10/1/1) as a favor on a 02 ford explorer. Im not sure if they all bond together but, the results look great for the time(one pass). I did try it on my truck about a month ago and its still beading.....

This was done with a white pad and speed 6 on the PC (The white pad was only slightly firmer than a black finishing pad)

What do you think?

It must be really soft paint, theres some swirling on the after side but for some reason it doesnt really show up in the pic:nixweiss

even if the pics don't show some of the swirls that are still left, that mix still did some really good correction for it to show in the pic the dramatic difference in the half & half shot.

I got nearly the same level of correction on that black Excursion using just Poli-Seal and my Cyclo. DACP and even Optimum Polish can haze late 90s/early 2000 Ford paint so you don't have to go to aggressive to correct it.

Interesting combo, I may have to try it to see if it gives OPS a little more cut. :)

Anybody tried KAIO and OP together? I'll do KSG after. I'm detailing my sisters Trailblazer tomorrow and it is a light color, so full correction is not necessary.

I try to stay away from KAIO, so I can judge my actual results better.

KAIO will fill in swirls instead of correcting...... is that what you mean?

We are talking about Klasse AIO correct? I would be extremely shocked if Klasse AIO filled in swirls...is this what you have observed?

Klasse always appears to make swirls look better than they really are to me.

Hmm, well it didn't touch the swirls on the detail I mentioned in my previous post. I did it this weekend with just KAIO and SG, correction will happen another time. The flake sure pops now though.
