I know this isn't detailing but it does shine.



Lowered my car yesterday .. dropped it close to 2" all round

hehe...are you still on stock shocks tho? cause usually stock shocks can fail prematurely with an agressive drop like that...they aren't made for it....VW prolly different than my car tho....I got Tein SS coilovers that are shocks mated with springs and are adjustable...best mod i've ever done.....and have you had you camber checked.....don't want your tires to be eaten up.....

VW has a sport suspension as an option .. its made by Eibach. This drops about 1/2" more than that and the only time there is a shock issue is with the higher milage ones .. Camber because there is no adjustment is within the 1BE VW lowering spec limits. This is a common mod in the VW Passat *world* and the camber isn't an issue as long as it is balanced.

Actually the ride is better than I expected. Not harsh really and the floaties are gone. Dive is gone .. I'm on 225/50/16
