Noah Car Covers

Shouldn't car covers be soft? I finally received my Noah car cover from webcover.com I did a lot of research before I purchased and figured this would be the best cover for my intended use. Although I am a little disappointed because this cover seems a little abrasive and not soft at all. It reminds of a huge tarp that will probably scratch my finish beyond recognization. If you own a noah what's the texture of your cover like? Is the evolution cover softer?

Mine seemed hard on the outside side by soft on the inside. I think you'll find with use the whole thing will soften up. My Evolution is 10 years old so I really couldn't fairly tell you comparing it to the new Noah
