First up, 2003 Maxima.

Belonging to a friend of mine, he just picked it up about a month ago. Overall, the car is in nice shape. A couple R.I.D.S. here and there and a severly pitted front bumper, but the rest came out great. My finals were:

-Z18 Clay
-Hi-Temp Extreme Cut/Optimum Polish (50/50) via rotary and LC Cutting Pad @ 1500rpm
-Blackfire Ceramiclear Finishing Polish via rotary and LC Finishing Pad @ 1200rpm
-Z6 wipedown
-Z5 Pro (ZFX'd) by hand

-Z16 x 2 on tires
-CD-2 Engine Detailer in wells

Next up, the Diesel Silverado.

104k on the clock, normal levels of dirt and tar, no big need for crazy polishing (as per customer's instructions). My finals were:

-Z18 Clay
-Klasse AIO (pre-VOC) by hand
-Z6 wipedown
-Z5 Pro (ZFX'd) by hand

-Z16 x 2 on tires/trim
-CD-2 Engine Detailer in wells

Last up, 1986 Mustang.

Heavy swirling on an excellent repaint was the majority of the damage. Trim, glass, and interior were in great shape. The wheels were a little far gone. I was just prepping this car to sell (inquire via PM if interested). My finals were:

-Z18 Clay
-Hi-Temp Extreme Cut/Optimum Polish (50/50) via rotary and LC Cutting Pad @ 1500rpm x 2
-Blackfire Ceramiclear Finishing Polish via rotary and LC Finishing Pad @ 1200rpm
-Z6 wipedown
-Z5 Pro (ZFX'd) by hand

-Z16 x 2 on tires
-CD-2 Engine Detailer in wells

Comments/Questions/Advice, feel free.

Cheers!

50/50 cut, does this allow you to go to your LSP
LC cutting pad,is this the yellow one,how is the cutting power.

I'm looking for something to cut some serious swirls..

Sure about that Stang being an '86? Just wondering as it has a 87-93 LX Front clip. '86s had 4 headlights, and a sharper front end.

Edit: Sick work, as always.

Forgot to mention!

1991 front clip, LX tails, and GT wing...They were done with the repaint (or so I'm told).

50/50 goes to my finishing polish, which goes to my LSP.

To date, nothing has cut harder and more effectively (easy to work long in the sun, minimal mess, minimal hazing, etc).

I have used 83, PG, SSR3, and a couple other various compounds.

Sean how well does Z16 Hold up? Regular Eagle 1 Applicator? That is one sick combo for detailing. Could one use FPII as a substitute for the Blackfire Polish since it's somewhat pricy?

Woob: Z16, for me, has held through a good rain or two on my personal vehicles. For trim, it lasts a couple weeks with still looking good. And in the end, it's still water based :).

Yes, you could use FPII as a BF substitute.

Let me put this in perspective. While you detailed 2 trucks and 2 cars over the weekend, I struggled to complete 1 mini-van (LOL). You are an animal!!

The 2nd shot of the 4Runner is WET!!! Very nice.

How do you like AIO vs. BF as a base?

I gotta go with MGM on this one, it amazes me how many you can do at such an unbelievable quality. The black Maxima is amazing.
