Nissan making clear paint to cover scratches

No need for wax/polish anymore, the paint heals itself. The question is what do you do after 3 years? Is it re-applyable? I have the ceramic clearcoat that MB calls their nano paint an it's been great. Much less chipping than on my previous MB and hardly any swirls even though I use the MB dealer's free car wash.
 
Sounds like it is a clearcoat layer resin. Maybe dealers would sell cans of it and we could have it applied on our cars ?? Maybe not ?
 
I know a professional painter that can do the job for me here in Cyprus.i think that he is buying the clearcoat from Germany.
