Newbie to DC, from NYC :) Black 07 Honda Pilot

Hey guys,

Hope everyone is doing well. I just want to say hi and hope I can really learn from all of you. I just brought a black honda pilot and I have heard about the nightmares of trying to keep the shine in a black car. I don't want to lose the shine, so I will wax the car every 2 weeks if I have to. Will waxing the car or sealanting the car every week hurt the paint? How do you guys keep the black cars nice in the nyc winters?

There's nothing like a clean black car.

Look around, lots of good tips for cleaning/shining and keeping it that way.
 
Welcome to the forum. Be prepared to read and read then some more reading. It's difficult to keep any car clean in NYC but definately doable. The search button is your new best friend here.
