I'm sure you watched them like a hawk when the mounted your rims. What precaution did the take to aviod chipping the inside wall where the lugnut goes?



I heard there was some sort of protective sleeve. Looking to get one for my own use.

Ya you could say that I am a little over protective, I took the wheels and the old wheels to the tire shop. I never let those yoyo's put a jack under the SS, I told them " I just hand waxed (zaino) these wheels, There are no, nicks, scratches, dings, dents or anything on them" "if threre is any when you are done, You will get a bill for a new wheel....." he says "this is what I do for a living, I wont mess them up" I said " I hope that your living can afford $$$$ A wheel if you mess them up"



They came out ok not a thing on them, ya I Use a socket that is wrapped in elect tape till I get my padded ones from Griots. I havent found them anywhere else but there?
