new wash mit

I have 2 of the Wash mits from CMA, however they lint way too much and are coming apart.



Are there any "good" wash mits that I can buy at a local store (Pep Boys, Walmart, etc) that anyone here woudl recommend?



Speaking of bad luck, I washed the car this morning as I had a bunch of free time, then I went out later today, and I came out to the parking lot and it was pouring and hailing! It wasn't supposed to!!! Needless to say I wasn't happy. A few hours down the drain, O well.

What CMA mitts do you have, the cotton chenille ones? What kind of linting are you getting?



Most all chenille mitts are going to do the same thing as its the chenille itself and the way the cotton strands are attached to the mitt which cause them to come apart. It's just the way they are.



The only other decent chenille mitt are the ones sold at NAPA auto parts.



If that's driving you nuts then I'd try a lambswool mitt, but even the strands of wool will catch on parts of the car and be pulled out.
