2005 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 LT, Duramax Diesel, extended cab, 8ft bed. 60k miles. Severe scratches throughout paint, largely due to improper care, not neglect or abuse.

Wash with Dawn and WAB Bombs Away, Griot's Garage clay, 3 step(more on some panels) polish, 2 coats Best in Show wax. All exterior plastic and rubber dressed, including fenderwells and engine compartment, Mother's Back to Black and Stoner Trim Shine. Total of 18 hours involved.

The owner didn't want a detail, he was under the impression that a repaint was necessary. He was quite pleased to save the difference!

toyotaguy, I did this all with a PC. I am currently researching switching to a rotary. The PC just takes too long, especially on this kind of job.
