What do I do? I just purchased a used BMW 740iL that is in great shape, but needs a good wash, clay, cleaning, and Klasse treatment. The only problem is that our city has banned car washing because of a moderate drought. Any suggestions?
We've talked about this a lot here. Do a SEARCH on water restrictions and drought and you'll find tons of posts.
One suggestion is to wash at a local coin-op joint. You can do pretty much the same kind of wash as at home, it just takes more quarters. I did this for many years and never had a problem.
Drive the car home for all polishing, waxing, whatevering.
