New tires on old wheels- what products to use?

I just got a new set of tires mounted on my spare wheels and am getting ready to switch them back onto my old Zcar. This car is not a DD, more of a garage queen. I cleaned my wheels thoroughly before having the tires installed but have not applied any sealant or wax. I have two questions:

1. What shoul I apply to my wheels both inside and outside surfaces?

2. What would be my best choice for a tire dressing? I like a super black appearance with a moderate shine to it and as much durability as I can get.

I have some Forever Black. Has any used this product on tires?

I plan to detail my wheels and tires before putting them on the car. Any recommendations will be much appreciated.

1. My favorite is Duragloss 501. Durable and even stands up to many wheel cleaners.

2. My favorite dressings are Werkstat Satin Prot and Zaino Z16. You'll get a lot of opinions on both of these.

I just tried the zaino z16 its my new favorite. I do not like my tires overly glossy, if you do this isnt the stuff for you. It leaves a non greasy, perfect satin finish. I also applied it to the trim plastic, not sure if your supposed to but it looks great. At the urging of sal, I tried z2 pro on the rims. He said it would help with brake dust ect. The rims do look shinier, I cannot comment if it works yet though.

i've been using fk f1000p on my wheels and ultima tire and trim on the tires. i've used z16 and liked the look (nice satin finish) lasted to the first rain. ultima maybe a little less gloss than z16 but last longer. would like to try TUF shine ( http://tufshine.com/) to see how it compare to the ultima.
