Does this product have any advantages over UPGP? Seeing as it has the same long cure time, it doesn't take care of the one usability issue I find with UPGP.

How does this compare to Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0? It sounds more similar to that product.

Yes, what the pros and cons of using this sealant as opposed to UPGP ?

Oh by the way, your a lovely looking woman Lynn :wow:

Wadya doing tonight ?;)

When it comes to Ultima vs. Sonus they are two totally different types of product but are similar in durability of protection. The Ultima is obviously easier to use but if your are looking for a more traditional liquid sealant with great durability the new Sonus Sealant is an excellent choice. I think you will find that the durability shine and ease of use of the Sonus Paint Sealant will blow away the competition when compared to similar type products. Oh and the Sonus also offers an unbelievably slick finish. ;)

As far as tonight, sorry, my Fiancé doesn't let me too far out of his sight but thank you for the complement.

I wonder what the differences are between any of the other PolyCharged sealants? Aren't they all the same to an extent?

This is what im kind of wondering........Im sure they each have their own characteristics, but..........

careful, she is married to mike phillips aka meguiars guru and you don't want him to come after you with a rotary buffer... :D

Now..when Polycharger was available..when mixed with a sealant you had to use it within 24-48 hours or it would set up..

these polycharged products now..how come they do not set up in the bottle like when you had to mix PC in a bottle with a sealant..is there just a little amount in them now

Maybe about the bottle's material , not sure

Polycharger is stable in Sonus Paint Sealant because the formula uses a modified emulsifier that is designed to hold the Polycharger into suspension.

Most other sealants and or waxes do not have the modified emulsion in their formulas which leave them unstable with a short life span. There is a small amount of water in Sonus Paint Sealant, but there is also a synthetic hydrocarbon as well.

The Sonus Paint Sealant is VOC free because of the synthetic hydrocarbon that is being used in the formula. Not only is this safe for the painted surface, but this makes it very safe for the environment as well.
