New Sealant over Old Brand?

1st time user of BFWD. Great product. I have another car that I just used another brand sealant on, Poor Boys. I like that product too but like BFWD best. Can I put the BFWD over the Poor Boys which is pure sealant or do I have to polish and start over?
 
I don't know about the adhesion properties of the two products, but if I were doing it, I'd do a Dawn wash, IPA wipedown, then apply BFWD to a clean paint surface.

IPA = Isopropyl Alcohol. Many mix it with distilled water to mist on paint and wipe off to remove polish residue, old waxes, sealant, inorder to have a clean base for re-application of LSP's. Dilution ratios range from 50/50 to about 85/15, with the 85 being the alcohol %.

IPA wipe downs also used to check polishing results (i.e. removing unintended fillers) so you are looking at surface only.
