Hello everyone,
I have some products coming on thursday that I haven't used yet and I wanted to throw the lineup out there to get opinions on good or bad or any changes that any one would suggest. In the past I've only really used PB, 4* and P21S and had excellent results with all. Just thought I would try something new.
This is for a Black 2001 Acura TL with moderate swirls and no visible etching.
Polished with PC, waxed by hand

Wash
Clay
XMT #3
XMT #1
Klasse AIO
XMT Glaze
Souveran

Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!! :dcrules

Looks like a great list

I've only used AIO out of everything in your list, but I can't say I've seen any negative comments about the other products.
A member who rarely posts here (blkyukon) made a review (on a different forum) of XMT Glaze w/ Liquid Souveran over it, the pictures showed one SWEET looking deep reflection

I have all of the products in your list and I think you will be very pleased. The XMT dusts very little and leaves a nice finish. The XMT finishing glaze will almost surely become one of your favorite products and with Souveran on top it is sheer bliss! You made an excellent choice. Enjoy! :)

Yes I believe that is the post I read when I searched for reviews on the XMT line. I don't think that he used the AIO so I thought I would mention it here to see if it would raise any flags on compatibility issues with XMT Glaze.

Thanks for the reply Jen. Would you have any advise on the layering of AIO, XMT Glaze and Souveran. I.E. number of layers or length of cure time between them? Thanks!!

AIO would come after you've finished polishing the car. You apply a nickel size amount to a damp cotton terry cloth or MF towel and rub it back and forth with some light pressure until it almost disappears. Let is just haze and then buff off the AIO with a MF towel. Inspect the paint's surface. If it is as you want it to be go ahead with the XMT glaze and the Souveran as your LSP. If not, you may apply a second layer of AIO before moving on to the XMT glaze and Souveran. AIO doesn't require a cure time. You can apply the XMT by hand or machine, although machine will probably give you better results. You can use a finishing pad to apply the glaze. The Souveran I would apply and remove by hand. I hope this helps you. :)

Well I got all my stuff in and detailed my car today. I would have to say that I wasn't happy with my first experience with AIO. It seemed very difficult to apply and get even coverage. I used an MF towel and really could not get a nice coat. I don't think I did anything wrong. I applied it after I clayed and a 2 stage polish. I am going to try it again on my wifes car and see how it turnes out. Otherwise all the XMT stuff worked really well.
