i wet sanded the entire plastic shell will 2000 grit wet/dry. then very carefully polished them out with 3m scratch remover. these weren't the worst ive done, sometimes i will begin the process with 800 wet/dry, then 1500, then 2000. its real easy to burn the plastic with the circulur buffer(not orbital) and a wool pad. low to medium rpm is a safe zone and just dont stay in one spot to long. also, DO NOT TOUCH PAINT WITH THIS PROCESS. you will see primer in no time. i prefer to take the housing out of the car if at all possible. thanks and good luck. wes

Excellent work on both! :)

I have a '99 626 and my headlights are beginning to oxidize a bit, but I just haven't had time to really go after them like that. Maybe with the rain expected over the next few days I'll have some time. :)
