Short answer:
You can do anything except wax/seal right away, but the paint might be sorta soft for the first month or two so keep that in mind when choosing your polish.
For waxing/sealing: three-four months as per direct inquiries to the major paint manufacturers. Some companies claim to have fresh-paint-safe sealants and waxes, proceed at your own risk; I stick with stuff like Meg's #5 for at least four months.
