New Muffler

What should I do to protect a new stainless steel muffler before I install it so it will be easier to clean and all the soot wont stick to it. What will take the temp.

AutoSol is a metal polish, i use it for my exhust, protects and makes VERY shiny!

down here in Aus you can get it anywhere, Big W, which is like your walmart sell it. you should be able to get it over there.
