New M3 prep for PPF, one of one

This is a new client who special ordered this in a 1970 color that his wife fell in love with! We polished it out in prep for film tomorrow and then a return for Modesta BC04. Kinda weird not doing all the extras and just washing and polishing, but I could get used to it! Nothing major found as the dealership didn’t touch it. Couple scratches in the carbon rear wing. Small spot correction with Griot’s fast cut cream on a microfiber pad with the 21. Refined with perfecting cream on a yellow perfecting pad. That’s it! Thank you for looking.

Awesome prep work, Mike and Team !

Have always been a fan of the metallic blue palette !
Don`t remember that color from the 1970, but I was in the Military then, so I definitely missed a lot of things being gone.. :)

That color reminds me of the lovely Topaz Blue Metallic of the ex`s 2003 X-5..

That`s the BMW Atlantis Blue Metallic II. The owner`s husband is on the Bimmerpost forums; he started a thread about this car recently.

I thought I remembered hearing Porsche will let you special order any color on some of their models. If the customer is willing to pay the premium I think any luxury/spots/exotic should be taylored to the owners specifications.
