New Items I love

I went to Detail Fest. Here I was able to try DP Auto Bath. Amazing Stuff.. Once MY PB Soap is gone I am not going back. Slickness, Suds, Lubricity exceeds my needs.

So after the wash we used their clay… Another amazing item and my new go to Clay.

Well there I bought some Natty’s Blue. Now I am a huge Pinnacle Sovereign fan. I have to say Sovereign is wetter but Natty’s is deeper. I feel I can dive right into my hood. Once the Sovereign is gone Natty’s is it... Also Natty’s durability exceeds Pinnacle’s. The smell is even awesome. I just keep wanting to coat it and coat it. I wonder how it will work over EX or even the DP Sealant.

DP products seem very nice. I would like to see a smaller sample kit or even a kit like WG had when it came out.

:woohoo: DP AUTO BATH

I recently bought a bottle of DP's wheel cleaner. I wasn't very impressed. I did recently try PB's Trim Restorer and that stuff is fantastic. I like the level of shine it leaves, it darkens black plastic nicely, and it's very easy to use.

First it didn't spray onto the wheel very well because it is SO thick. Also, I didn't think it had enough cleaning power for my taste. I did feel it did a good job cleaning the tires though.

Disclaimer: It was 42 degrees the day I used DP wheel cleaner. This could have easily affected the performance of the product as it definitely affected the performance of my Megs Wheel Brightener which was used on the same day.

The wash gave my car the just waxed look. No other soap I have used so far has done that. Sonus, MEgs, PB's... I mean the RED poped after just the wash. It looked like I just applied a sealant. It didn't feel like that, but gave the illusion. The clay had the best grab I have seen or used so far. It ireally yanked the stuff out of the paint.

The clay bar is huge, though. $25 for 8oz. of clay is a pretty good deal IMO.

I agree. Considering the size of the bar, it's a bargain. I just bought a 4 oz. bar of Optimum clay for $13. It would take two bars at $26 to equal the DP bar. Most clay is for the most part the same so the brand doesn't matter at all.

Well, there are certainly cheaper 8oz bars and cheaper unit pricing, but the $25 is certainly well within normal clay pricing.
