Those lights are pretty dark, but I like the idea of the contrast. I kinda have the reverse look going myself. My stock lights are non-fluted clears since it is a Cobra, and then I added a matching clear corner.

During the day they are pretty transparent at night I see just fine. I did swap in brighter bulbs to compensate(sp?) as well. Nice Cobra as well

The lights are pretty good, but I'm not feeling the wheels.. too much white... just IMO.

Your the first who's given negative feedback (nothing wrong with that) every one else is loving the white on white as am I.

wytstang, now I understand where your name comes from. :hifive:

Anyway, nice work on the mod, although I have to side with drew on this one-- the wheels match a bit too well with the paint.

But a mod is a mod, and you do it because YOU like it, and that's the big thing in the end.

Did you drop a 5.0 in there, or do you have the stock 4.6 engine?

Something about Ford headlights has always bothered me - they never seem to quite "match" the vehicle. They always seem like they're tacked on after the rest of the car design is completed, and never really "fit". I have a 98 Ranger and an 06 Escape, and they both suffer from this affliction. My 06 Lexus IS350 doesn't have the same problem, thankfully.

Looks cool in contrast to the white. Are the lenses tinted or is the housing black?

The lenses are tinted

That body style (sn95) started in 94, 95 was the last year Ford used the 5.0 in the Mustang and mines a 95... 96 the 4.6 took it's place....

Another way to tell the 5.0's apart from the 4.6 is if you look at the side shot the emlem says "GT Mustang" well with the 4.6es they say "Mustang GT 4.6", and also the tail lights 94/95 are the only ones wearing the horrizonal tail lights

were in 96 Ford used the vertical tail lights (all though some 94/95 oweners switch tail lights)

Perfectly legal in all 48 states

Wrong---most cities now have ordinaces against them. I received a ticket for tinted headlights and a ticket for tinted license plate covers when I live in N.D. Im now a cop in the AF in AK and enforce local laws as well as state and military, and it is illegal here on base and in Anchorage.

Scroder is absolutely correct, any kind of tint beyond OEM on the headlights or taillights is illegal in "most" states. Do not believe what the vendor of the lights tells you, they aren't gonna be the ones that get the ticket.

rjstaaf do you detail on the side??

Not as much as I used to. I live in Clemson and work in Greenville so I spend a lot of time commuting and on the weekends I tinker with the bike and/or spend time with the wife and kids. I would be glad to help you with your Mustang if I can. What'cha need?

Full exterior detail (swirls removed) my wife is coming back from Iraq in 3 weeks and would love to have the stang scratch free. Living in an appartmen has just made it to diffuclt for me to practice on my own.
