Hello everyone! New guy here from GA. I have been lurking around on the forums for awhile and figured i'd join up to get some information and feedback. Lots of good info here and still learning. Currently i'm on a deployment to Iraq and should be getting home in a short time. I put together a short list of some of the things i'll be needing but still searching. I'll be detailing my 03 SVT Lightning (Sonic Blue) and 98 SVT Contour (Toreador Red). My father's 03 Cobra (Screamin' Yellow) will also recieve some of the TLC. I do not have access to a PC but I do have a 5" buffer pad attachtment for a drill and i'm not to fond of the idea of burning up my paint with it. Everything will be done by hand so hopefully in a month or 2 ill be able to write up a show and shine thread over here. Looking forward to researching and throwing in my .02$ here and there.
Sorry for the big picture size, my 2 pride and joys.

Love the SVT's you got
I have an 02 F150 Harley Davidson

You def do not want to detail using a drill. recipe for disaster! PCs are going for a decent price esp if you dont need the new version. Well worth the investment.

Let us know if you have any questions it is a wealth of knowledge and experience on this site

Welcome to AF. Thank you for your service to our country! If you are going to be polishing these by hand I would look at Meguiar's Ultimate Compound as a great starting point.
