Love this house.....full finished basement (except for a back room ...aka my office), full lawn sprinkler system, WATER SOFTENER!!!...not hooked up in the garage though...will be taking care of that, and yes...a full size sand volleyball court in my side yard.....dogs like the acre to run around on ( the invisible fence is great, lets them run around while I am washing the truck)

Looks awesome.

We have an invisible fence. It never worked for us though, because one of our dogs was a darn genius. He would go up to the boundary line, let the collar send out the 'warning beep', and he would wait for the collar's battery to die out. Once that happened, he had no problemjust walking across the line ;)

Are you able to stick the truck in the garage? It looks like a super duty, right?

Mongoose......actually that was one of the things I had to do while looking....bring a tape measure to make sure it fit (last house it didnt). And even now, it only makes it by about 9 or so inches. And yes, it is a crewcab Superduty.

The invisible fence works great for my 3 Labs.....The day I moved in, they came out and trained all three of them to work with it. Two of them took to it right away, the other one got zapped afew times!! Works like a charm...they love to play frisbee, but if the toy even lands close to the sidewalk (line is buried right next to it) they will just stand there and look at me.

Big change from the last house where they had to stay in a small backyard and couldnt be out front with me. Now they can just roam around and I dont have to be worrying where they disappeared to every 2 seconds.

Will try getting some shots of the basement and my (in progress) office up later. Wind is blowing at like 60 mph here today, so not much to do outside!!

Thanks for the comments everyone..I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it!!
