New Fallout???

Lately I've been having trouble claying cars. It's really weird because I have used clay bars for about ten years now. I'm wondering if there is some new kind of fallout the clay can't remove.
It's really annoying I clay half a roof and it only feels slightly better. Now during the clay process it seems like the fallout is not being totally removed I just keep sliding the clay around but only hear what seems to be the bigger stuff getting picked up. I tried PP with a rotary and a white pad after with little or no difference.
I have used a heavier grade clay with the same story. Now they are cars for the dealership here so I don't want to invest in the FK decontamination system for $$ reasons. I know the story is kind of weird to describe but if anyone has some ideas please share.

In any industry in any task, if you find that the tools and process aren't working anymore, then it is time to make a change. A more agressive clay may be in order. An 'acid bath' might even help. If these are new cars then you may be dealing with adhesive that hasn't been properly removed and I haven't ever had much success with clay on that stuff. Autoint has some good new car prep stuff that I use when I come across that kind of thing. Their ABC system is really good actually, but they also have some products that disolve adhesives so that you don't have to gum up your clay with them. It may be just a matter of reevaluating what condition the cars are in before going for the usual process. I've run into the same thing before and you just have to change it up a bit.

For something really nasty I use APC (with the clay) as the lubricant. it seems to be able to clean deeper and loosen tough contaminates ;)

Sorry I didn't specify they are all used cars. You are right though acid bathing might have to be done I have to ask the owner if he is cool with me charging extra for it.

Do you dilute it? Ihave a quart of your APC here. I'm guessing a wash would be done after?

I've used it both ways..straight and diluted..it really depends on the situation ... I just wiped it with Spray and Wipe as the next step is usually polishing and I'd prefer not to waste time or have a dripping wet vehicle :)
